Tractor Tires up to 650 lbs:

Do you want raw power and endurance? Then go flip a tire!
Tire flipping is the ultimate compound movement, working almost every muscle group in a single rep, glutes, quads, hams, calves, bis, tris, chest and shoulders.
Prowler Push Sled:

Our fighters have a love/hate relationship with our prowler sleds. They love how versatile it is and how extraordinary the results it produces in an extraordinarily short period of time.
They hate the prowler because, with certain workouts it can be evil. Not just "difficult" or "taxing" but EVIL! If you have the balls, it can be one of the best training tools you can use.
This sled is perfect for eccentric-less training, allowing us to increase volume without breaking the fighter down. More volume-without crushing the fighter with eccentric training-increases work capacity and builds more muscle.
The beauty of it is, this type of training also acts as a restoration. The fighters actually feel better after the session than they did before. Done correctly, you can increase blood flow, flush out lactic acid, and enhance recovery.
Remember, You Have To Train Slow To Be Fast!
Battle Ropes:

Battle rope training forces a fighter to train using velocity and momentum principles. When this occurs the fighter is physically and mentally engaged at all times which forces the fighter to train or compete at a higher rate of intensity.
This higher rate of intensity will transfer to the ring of combat!
In fact, battle rope training does not only force the fighter to train or compete at a higher rate of intensity, they will be able to sustain this intensity for much longer duration of time which gives the fighter a huge advantage physically and mentally.
Vertimax:

Vertimax is a revolutionary ballastic training device that provides dramatic gains in a fighters speed, explosive punching and kicking power.

Complete Core Development & Enhancement:
When you train the hip flexors, lower errectors, glutes, obliques, abdominal and adductors you create trunk enhancement that DESTROYS your opponent.

Recovery and Pre-Hab Maintenance:
Suspension trainers improve balance, coordination, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, flexibility and improves stability in the joints, ligaments and tendons. We use them specifically to improve in these areas.
